In this edition of our newsletter, we would like to introduce one of our Directors, Mr Attie Butler, who is at the forefront of steering The Assessment Toolbox to new heights. Attie obtained majority ownership of The Assessment Toolbox in September 2019 and since then has played an active role in identifying opportunities for advancement and value-add in the services offered by our company.  He is a multi-entrepreneur with a successful track record of 31 years spent in a combination of auditing and consulting environments, primarily in the public sector, and currently is also the Director of two other Human Resource services businesses, namely Ignite Advisory Services and HRMConnect.
Attie started his career as an Internal Auditor at Sanlam, followed by a Senior Manager position at the Office of the Auditor-General as well as a Senior Manager position at Deloitte Consulting. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing new business processes, strategy development and capacity building, performance management and performance reporting, project and risk management, monitoring and evaluation software design and development, and consulting and advisory services. His unique expertise in combining strategy consulting with the development of digital platforms has seen him design the leading performance management software for local government in South Africa.
Attie’s drive for perfection and keen eye for identifying opportunities for improving processes, systems and services, makes him the ideal leader for The Assessment Toolbox as it enables us to truly add value to our clients and their businesses. His openness to innovation and advancement, will ensure that The Assessment Toolbox stays at the forefront of modernisation in all the services we offer.
